Si usted tiene por ahí algunos ahorros en su “cochinito” o debajo del colchón y desea invertirlo en bienes inmuebles, esté atento a futuros anuncios que hará el gobierno del Estado sobre la desincorporación de algunos bienes de su propiedad, en este programa de “adelgazamiento” que le encargó al nuevo coordinador general de asesores, Eduardo Mar de la Paz.
Luego de la redifinición de prioridades de programas y proyectos gubernamentales y tras un estudio del redimensionamiento del gobierno, Mar de la Paz tendrá que hacer una lista -larga o corto, hasta donde dé- de todos aquellos bienes públicos susceptibles de ser puestos en venta, y entre los bienes a los que usted puede aspirar adquirir esté el edificio de la vieja Central Camionera, allá en el Sector Reforma
Precisamente en el redimensionamiento del gobierno, Eduardo Mar tendrá también que advertir dónde se pueden hacer ajustes, disminuir gastos y ser más eficientes. Es cierto, aclaró que no puede reducirse personal en las áreas de educación, salud y seguridad pública, pero sí en las áreas de empleados de confianza, sin meterte con el personal sindicalizado.
Mar de la Paz descartó que su tarea tenga algo que ver o pueda tener efectos en el próximo período político-electoral con miras al 2012?
“Sí, es cierto, el gobierno trabajará en medio de un proceso político que incluye periodos electorales, pero ¡yo no! Yo no voy a ser candidato de nada, yo no estoy afiliado ni soy parte de la membresía del Partido Acción Nacional, nunca lo he sido, y creo que eso en algo contribuye a que yo no esté pensando en futuros políticos ni en candidaturas, y sí en cómo debe de cerrar bien este gobierno”, concluyó.
